Another Board Member Resigns From J.C. Penney and plans to Sell its Remaining Stake:

Vornado CEO Steven Roth resigned from J.C. Penney’s board last week and recently reiterated his firm’s intention to sell its remaining 6.1% stake for between $13.05 and $13.10 per share. The stock closed at $13.14 yesterday, and is down from $26 at this time last year.
